Akarere ka Huye kagizwe n'imirenge 14, utugari 77 n'imidugudu 508. Akarere ka Huye gafite ubuso bungana na 581.5km2. Gatuwe n'abaturage 381,900 dushingiye ku ibarura rusange rya 2022 ku bucucike bwa 657 hab/km2. Umujyi w'Akarere ka Huye ni umwe mu mijyi yunganira umujyi wa Kigali.
Job responsibilities
- Define the Bio-Medical Statistics strategy in accordance with the strategic plan of the hospital
- Ensure the security of data
- Provide all data related to the patients and researcher
- Plan and monitor all activities of the service
- Define and provide guidelines and methods for data collection and data analysis in the hospital
- Analyze and interpret statistical data in order to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information
- Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data in order to ensure validity applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Supervise and provide instructions for workers collecting and tabulating data.
- Report results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
- Consolidate statistical reports from different services and projects operating under the hospital.
- Entry data in the database
- Determine appropriate statistical policies and procedures
- Collection, analysis, interpretation, and production of hospital Statistic
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semester and annual reports
- Perform other related duties as require Required competences and key technical skills:
- Office Management Skills;
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal Skills;
- Computer knowledge (Work Processing, Power Point and Internet) solving skills;

- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, Time English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
