The University Teaching Hospital of Kigali is a 519 beds teaching hospital located in Kigali City, Rwanda. Founded in 1918 by Belgian colonialists, CHUK is the first and the biggest healthcare institution in Rwanda. CHUK has played a role in rebuilding Rwanda's healthcare after the genocide against Tutsi of 1994.
Job responsibilities
Follow up load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
Booking in deliveries and liaising with donors.
Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport in case of hiring.
Manage sub-contractors(MoU) and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
Preparing the plan of activities relating to the use of vehicles
Follow up on maintenance and vehicles fuel consumption.
Purchase supplies to the ceiling of the institutional petty cash
Manage all activities related to fleet cars
Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicle
Organize and manage effectively a team of drivers and vehicles.
Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
Serve as contact persons for all workers within assigned territories.
Produce monthly, quarterly and annual activity reports
Perform other related duties as required

Job responsibilities
Review the cost sheet of discharged patients for accuracy and completion in order to prepare billing statements
Prepare billing statements for insurance companies, patients and other third parties
Prepare reports and respond to inquiries concerning billing activities
Analyze invoices and data.
Check whether bills made out by cashiers is consistent with applicable rate
Meet the deadline for closing of bills agreed upon by clients.
Contribute to the hospital environmental hygiene
Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement of the hospital
Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate line Manager.
Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor
