Role Summary
As an Employee Experience & Culture Manager, the main responsibility is to create a positive and engaging workplace culture that enhances the employee experience. Develop and implement strategies and programs that improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being. The role of an Employee Experience and Culture Manager is critical to creating a positive workplace culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and driving business success. The incumbent will play a critical role in enhancing the employee experience, which ultimately leads to a more productive, engaged, and motivated workforce.

 

Partner closely with the CPCO; demonstrate visible and practical support to them and have join accountability to achieve their objectives & priorities as set out in their Balanced Scorecards in the following areas:

  • Engagement score of 85%
  • ENPS of 20
  • Drive the Living the D.R.I.V.E Values program (Walk the talk Program)
  • Drive a Culture Operating System (COS) (Candor, Mutual Trust, Mutual Respect, Safety, Mutual Purpose, Accountability and Sense of Urgency)
  • Leadership score on leadership deal of 75%
  • Internal progression / Career progression
  • Drive employee recognition program
  • Employee Market Segmentation program
  • Drive fun and engagement activities
  • Drive employee wellness activities
  • Support employee innovation management program
  • Support Line manager and employee effectiveness program
  • Ensure Team development plan are value adding to both the org and teams
  • Drive org communication
  • Drive organization coaching and mentorship program

Success Criteria

  • 100% achievement of departmental Balanced Scorecard

 

Employee Experience & Culture Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employee experience programs and initiatives that align with the organization's values, goals, and objectives.
  • Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Measure and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational values and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee recognition and reward to support a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee communication and feedback mechanisms to facilitate two-way communication and build trust.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to support professional development and growth.

The Person Experience & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Masters or Professional postgraduate qualification an added advantage
  • Change Management experience; ability to influence, lead and manage change
  • Project Management skills – leading and accountable for project plans in a large change/transformation project is required
  • Understanding of most People & Culture processes and best practices
  • Solid knowledge of Change Management processes and best practices
  • A strong professional network is an advantages
  • Global/MNC experience is an asset.

 

Leadership Capabilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR teams, and employees at all levels of the organization, as well as external stakeholders.
  • Facilitation Skills – ability to lead and manage group discussions, meetings, and training sessions using various facilitation techniques
  • Results-driven - willingness to take initiative, “roll up one’s sleeves” move with urgency, persistence and speed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment of high demand and change.
