Contract Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Purpose of the Job:

This role will play a pivotal role in integrating various Know Your Customer (KYCs), digital services and products, applications, and data systems across Group from KYC and data perspective ensuring seamless connectivity and interoperability between disparate systems to create a single source of truth.

As a Senior Architect, this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the organization's Single ID and data architecture. The role will involve creating conceptual, logical data, and technical Single ID and data architecture, defining identify management standards, data standards while ensuring KYC and data integrity integration aligned with Group overall strategy.

Main Responsibilities of the Job but not limited to:

• Design and implement customer identification and data integration strategies to enable the seamless flow of data, services, and products between different systems within BK Group
• Analyzing, planning, and defining BK Group and subsidiaries Single ID and data architecture framework including security, synchronization, reference data, metadata, and master data
• Assess the performance of existing KYC, data, and digital platforms in terms of contribution of data capabilities and value to business opportunities, cross-selling, business growth, and better customer experience
• Participate/advise extensively contribute to the application programming interfaces (APIs) to update and retrieve Single ID and related data for Group wide usage e.g. cross selling, digital marketing etc.
• Define requirements to ensure that optimal value is realized from Single ID, Data, and Digital Services portfolios
• Create the technology vision, architecture roadmap and policy document for the Group including for KYC Management, Data Management, and related Digital Services and products
• Work with vendors, Group, and subsidiary SMEs to translate business requirements into architecture diagrams including use cases and system flows
• Participate in data/digital architecture reviews and contribute to overall IT strategy alignment

 

• Continuous emphasis and support on Single ID and data strategy implementation as an asset and integral part of decision-making at all levels of the Group
• Continuous improvement in KYC strategies, data strategies, integration processes, and technologies based on insights and changing business needs
• Daily collaboration with Subsidiaries Teams to guide implementation of the Single ID strategies, build data models, and assess shareholder needs and goals towards becoming a data driven organization
• Research and advice on industry trends on Single ID and Data technologies and their application benefits for BK Group
• Track and monitor the Group’s Single ID and data strategy delivery and maturity evaluation
• Ensure regulatory compliance across Group from compliance, regulation, data management, and governance perspective
• Enable the Holding team with reporting/dashboard tools, Group KPIs consolidation, and performance reporting from strategy point of view

• Helping adopt the latest, cost-effective and efficient new technology initiatives by the Group.
• Study, propose and align the Group to relevant technology trends
• Encouragement of experimentation and innovation driven by data insights.
• Support for a culture where new ideas and hypotheses are tested and refined based on data- driven experimentation

 

Performance indicators

• An approved Group Single ID and data strategy, implementation plans that are regularly reviewed, objective goals that drive the operations of the function,
• Availability of approved Group Single ID and data policies and procedures, full compliance with the policies, procedures and processes, regular review of the guidelines,
• Achievement of project timelines, budget, and quality objectives,
• Accessibility to relevant KYC and related data across Group, enabling systems/employees/customers to access and utilize data for their daily operations/needs
• Establishment of clear Single ID and data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Definition and use of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure performance, monitor progress, and track the success of Single ID and data initiatives.
• Engagement with subsidiaries CIOs, CTOs, Data Management Teams, Software Management Teams in the development of tools and solutions in the implementation of actions to become a data-driven Organization,
• Group adoption of modern data analytics platforms/tools and AI/machine learning technologies to derive insights from the Single ID and data platform

Professional, academic qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or any other relevant degree
• Must possess relevant IT professional certifications related to data management and software architecture
• > 5 years of experience in software design and data architecture projects
• Experience in data management roles including Database Administration, Data Analyst, Engineering, and Science
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, R)
• Familiarity with big data platforms and tools
• Experience with ETL tools and processes
• Expertise in data modeling techniques and tool
• Ability to create and interpret complex data visualizations
• Expertise in ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
